Unit 6 BLOG

The exercise and assessment process Ch 11 is very similar to all the others. You must close your eyes and focus on a particular area or thought. But in this assessment you must decide what you think is best for you like psychospiritual, biological, interpersonal or worldly and focus on that area particularly. Is it the source of your difficulties. Next is the area in you life for growth and development. Then we analyze it daily to see if any goals have been achieved.

Now myself personally I discovered if you try hard enough at something you can achieve it. Interpersonal is the area I've chosen because I need to come together with myself and who I am. How do I plan on living out the rest of my life. I am about to be 49 next month and some life goals are not achieved yet. Meditation is a specific (sound meditation) technique needed for me to keep my mind on track for not only myself but my family too. Practice makes perfect.

    You have a lot of life to live yet and your goals will be accomplished as long as you have the will. In some way or another people think they have something to work on in life. I don't think as humans we are made to stand still so I think there is nothing wrong with this. Good luck with your interpersonal achievements as I'm sure you will accomplish what you set your goals to.
