The exercise and assessment process Ch 11 is very similar to all the others. You must close your eyes and focus on a particular area or thought. But in this assessment you must decide what you think is best for you like psychospiritual, biological, interpersonal or worldly and focus on that area particularly. Is it the source of your difficulties. Next is the area in you life for growth and development. Then we analyze it daily to see if any goals have been achieved.
Now myself personally I discovered if you try hard enough at something you can achieve it. Interpersonal is the area I've chosen because I need to come together with myself and who I am. How do I plan on living out the rest of my life. I am about to be 49 next month and some life goals are not achieved yet. Meditation is a specific (sound meditation) technique needed for me to keep my mind on track for not only myself but my family too. Practice makes perfect.

Unit 5 BLOG
Hello everyone and welcome to Unit 5, we are half way done, time sure flies when you are having fun. I can comment on the Love and Kindness. I practiced it again so I could compare it to Subtle mind but I couldn't get it to open at all. I hope it was mind settling for everyone. I will try it again tomorrow...wish me luck.

Unit 4 BLOG
Hello everyone again!!! This BLOG involves the Love and Kindness. The MP3 playing was very informative but I need more sessions to feel the full affects. I tried to go to the places and be relaxed as one but it's like I'll be there but loose focus. Need more practice to get the full benefit. Recommending this to others I will do but getting them to do them maybe difficult. Everyone seems to have their own ways of relaxing and change is a problem we have as people in the U.S.

Unit 3 BLOG
Based on my reflections,
and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), I rate myself as a 5-physical
wellbeing, based on my current health problems and weight, 6-spiritual
well-being, because mentally I know where I should be spiritually but I’m not
exactly there due to other personal issues and 9-psychological well-being
because no matter what is going on and what is happening around me as long as
the Lord allows me to see another day I can handle all other stressors.
Goals for me start with my physical
well-being, getting myself back into shape since having leg surgery. Start by
walking building up the leg strength to the point of a slow jog until I can run
again. Spiritually going back to church more often than I do now and become
more active in the church, and psychological, well two out of three is a good
ratio.
The Crime of the Century exercise
was very beneficial and relaxing, it helped me concentrate better.

My names is Warren Thompson and BLOG'ng is something new and I am lost, I don't even have a Facebook page, one of you professional BLOGGERs can you help?. But I hope this makes it to someone so I can get credit for my class. Fishing is my favorite thing too do. I live in the Kentucky/Tennessee area (Ft Campbell) so fishing is abundance.
